Agreement Delivery Intern (Summer 2026)

Join our Agreement Management team as an Intern to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the full lifecycle of service agreements, performance-based partnerships, and the integration of AI-driven process improvements. You will assist with operational, administrative, and analytical tasks that ensure agreements are delivered efficiently, meet compliance standards, and create value for customers. 

 

This is a paid internship located in Houston, with an onsite schedule of three days per week. Relocation and housing support are not provided. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support data collection and analysis for performance improvement initiatives. 

  • Contribute to customer presentations by compiling insights on plant performance. 

  • Assist in maintaining agreement-related documentation and updating account plans. 

  • Help process spare parts orders, quotations, and delivery follow-ups in SAP and related tools. 

  • Assist in invoice preparation and review, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. 

  • Update site inventory records and reconcile discrepancies between actual inventory and SAP. 

  • Support cost booking reviews with Finance and Agreement Managers. 

  • Coordinate with site teams and internal stakeholders for logistics and maintenance planning. 

 

AI & Digital Process Improvement: 

  • Collaborate with the team to identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation using AI tools. 

  • Assist in data preparation and validation for AI-driven predictive maintenance and performance analytics. 

  • Support the implementation of AI-based dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making. 

  • Research and propose AI solutions for contract lifecycle management, such as automated document review and KPI tracking. 

  • Participate in pilot projects for integrating AI into agreement management workflows. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field. We have a strong preference for applicants who are rising seniors or graduating seniors. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP, CRM, or AI tools is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.  

  • Completion of project management coursework or prior project management experience is a plus. 

 

Preferred Skills & Competencies: 

  • Interest in AI applications in business processes and digital transformation. 

  • Basic understanding of energy systems, renewables, or decarbonization concepts. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Self-initiative with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
