Agreement Proposal Manager
Internal Job Ad Description
We are now looking for an Agreement Proposal Manager to join our team of sales professionals. As a Proposal Manager you will support the sales of Engine Power Plant long-term service agreements and work closely with other opportunity team members to reach the sales targets. You will be part of the Sales Management and Proposals team in Energy Services, reporting to General Manager, Sales Management and Proposals. The preferred location is in Houston, Texas, USA.
Main responsibilities:
Preparing calculations and proposal packages for Energy Agreements sales opportunities.
Supporting in contracts drafting such as creation of Appendixes.
Coordinating proposal and contract inputs with internal stakeholders such as Local HR, Agreement Management and legal counsels.
Acting as a liaison between the areas, product management and other internal functions.
Supporting the Opportunity team leader with technical inquiries and commercial matters e.g. Performance-related matters.
Participating in customer negotiations if required.
Maintaining CRM and other system information that's relevant to the support function.
Assist Sales development team in maintaining the cost calculation tool and other relevant system development.
Stay updated on green technologies and fuels
Conducting Agreement sales training in the Areas.
Job Requirements:
B.Sc. or higher in Business Management, Mechanical/Electrical engineering or relatable field
Previous experience creating proposals is required
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Technically and commercially sound, provide added value for the customer and confidently engage with the customer
Able to operate in a fast-paced and challenging market environment.
Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver Customer expectations.
Good commercial understanding and capacity to transfer product technical features to commercially appealing proposals.
Positive teamwork and collaboration attitude.
Requires occasional travelling
Being fluent in English. Spanish language skills is a benefit.
