Area Manager, Operation Management Support, AMER North 

We are looking for an Area Manager, Operation Management Support to join our Operations Management team in Energy Services

 

What will you be doing

As an Area Manager, Operation Management Support, you will manage the day-to-day operations support to existing and new agreement customers. This support ranges from solving mechanical or electrical technical issues, assisting our customers by providing remote operational support to securing cybersecurity resilience. You’ll be leading a small but growing team of professionals and you’ll set out the strategy for the department. You’ll be working closely with the operational teams in AMER North.

 

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

 

As an Area Manager, Operation Management Support, you will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage agreement and non-agreement customers activities and assigned team in the responsibility area in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to reach set quality, financial, cost and time targets.     
  • Help our customers succeed in their business by creating value.
  • Lead your direct team and secure employee satisfaction.                                        
  • Experience with NERC/FERC reliability standards and ensure NERC CIP requirements are adhered to when performing work.
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders with engine installations by providing operational support.
  • Solve technical issues for customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure, monitor and improve agreement installations operations and maintenance by use of new data technologies and remote technologies.
  • Work in accordance with global and local cyber security guidelines.
  • Ensure right competences and resources to secure Operations Management services delivery.
  • Ensure performance indicators are met.
