Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Supervisor – Installation and Commissioning your main responsibility is to manage the electrical works at site in collaboration with other stakeholders. In this position you will be working with the newest renewable technologies. This position offers you an opportunity to use and enlarge your expertise in an international and dynamic environment with a successful global team, where many different nationalities, languages and cultures are involved.

 

As an Electrical Supervisor you will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and follow-up progress of electrical works at site.
  • Proactively manage the scope of work, material flow and secure needed resources.
  • Manage and guide subcontractors.
  • Plan and coordinate activities with the subcontractors and monitor the progress accordingly.
  • Follow and provide input to the project time schedule.
  • Maintain good customer relations at site.
  • Highlight the economical constructing and cost saving working procedures.
  • Manage and maintain good reporting practices.
  • Ensure that electrical as-built drawings are completed and communicated.
  • Safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks in electrical installation and commissioning.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Technical degree with at least 5 years of experience or higher in Electrical Engineering  
  • Ability to travel (up to 75%)
