FACILITY ATTENDANT

 

We are looking for a Facility Attendant to join our fast-paced, international, multi-cultural companyThis position will be located in Houston, Texas.

 

What will you be doing:

 

As Facility Attendant, you will manage general office activities, maintenance and repair of the facility and its infrastructure.

 

The Ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual that has great communication and coordination skills.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation of employee and contractors in regards to safety and environmental practices
  • Support with the execution of safety, health, and environment inspections and safety walks throughout the location..
  • Prepare and coordinate building maintenance, inspections and facility status for compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Assist in the coordination and setup of local events hosted within the facility.
  • Coordinate the activities of the courier services related to administrative activities.
  • Generating and oversight of Purchase Requisition and Purchase orders in company purchasing portal.
  • Evaluate request for repairs from internal stakeholders and execute as needed
  • Order and maintain inventory of facility supplies as needed.
  • Able to work with external vendors coordinating work within the facility

 

 To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Ability to communicate verbal and written with external and internal contacts with a courteous and professional manor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel etc.).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced international, multi-cultural company.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • General knowledge of safety and environmental regulations a plus
  •  Ability to successfully pass background check.
  • Candidate must have common maintenance skills
