Inventory Clerk

Inventory Clerk    
 We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our Power Plant team in Pecos, Texas.
 
What will you be doing


As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the site warehouse to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards. 
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in Logistics, warehousing or supply chain management, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
 
As an Inventory Clerk, you will focus on these responsibilities:

•    Establishing and maintaining procedures to ensure optimization of space, efficiency of count and retrieval, and tracking.
•    Resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
•    Ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet operational demands while avoiding overstocking or shortages.•    Maintaining accurate inventory records across systems such as SAP and Maximo.
•    Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of materials, verifying incoming goods against purchase documentation.
•    Ensuring all items are properly labeled, stored, and handled according to established environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. 

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain management.

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

•    Experience with Maintenance Management Systems (SAP or MAXIMO) preferred.
