SALES TOOLS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Salesforce/CRM), AMERICAS, ENERGY BUSINESS

 

We are looking for a Sales Tools Development Manager (Salesforce/CRM) to our Energy Business Americas team. Are you the one to surf the wave of energy transition towards 100% renewable energy future with us?

 

What will you be doing

As a Sales Tools Development Manager (Salesforce/CRM), AMER EB, you will be responsible for taking our Sales Tools and Systems to the next level and driving to bring added value to our business, and to our customers. We utilize Salesforce CRM and a strong knowledge of that is essential for your success in this job.

 

Ideally, you would have a B.SC (or higher) in IT or a relevant field, and multiple years of experience working with sales tools.

 

Location

Any key Energy Business location in the Americas.

 

As a Sales Tools Development Manager (Salesforce/CRM), AMER EB, you will focus on these responsibilities:

    • AMER Energy Business (EB) key user for Sales tools and systems (predominantly Salesforce CRM, but also CEM, Qlikview, PowerBI, Aqua among others) in charge of training and supporting the users and data quality by consistently informing, sharing the desired way of working and troubleshooting
    • Support the business with data analytics to help in our sales efforts to capture more business and increase customer value
    • Create, develop and maintain AMER Energy Business dashboards and reports
    • Support the induction process of newcomers and recently appointed employees in AMER EB as needed in regard to sales tools and systems
    • Facilitate the local implementation of global sales initiatives in the Americas
    • Participate in global sales tools and process development projects as the Area representative
    • Support and facilitate multiple sales processes, such as, CEM follow-up, forecasting, target setting, leads way of working, Wartsila Online etc
    • Develop and maintain relationship with key internal stakeholders on global team and within Americas regions so that we can influence sales procedures targeting to share team needs to improve customer experience

 

As well as these accountabilities and development responsibilities:

    • Accountable for the Sales Tools Training in EB Area
    • Accountable for data quality
    • Implement and develop, as well as train end-users, of current and future development projects of Sales tools and systems during the kick-off & rolling in phase so that we can influence sales procedures targeting to share team needs to improve customer experience
    • Develop the needed business reporting for the sales teams to be able to draw insights from our vast data sources to strengthen the sales pipeline, improve margin and increase hit rate

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

    • Ideally B.SC (or higher) in IT or relevant field
    • Ability to see beyond the data on how it can be utilized to support our business and customers
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
    • Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations
    • Experience setting up complex engagements and plans
    • Knowledge of Wartsila business processes or the ability to learn
    • English fluent, Spanish skills an advantage
