Senior Operations Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Expert Insight for assigned customers daily.
  • Work with customers utilizing the Expert Insight case collaboration tool.
  • Act as the primary remote technical support for assigned customers.
  • Assist customers with documentation including Service Bulletins, drawings, and parts identification.
  • Collaborate with other operations team members to monitor and address site performance and technical issues.
  • Conduct regular monthly Expert Insight customer calls.
  • Collaborate with Agreement Management and technical support to manage customer technical issues.
  • Support negotiations for new agreements and renewals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering preferred.
  • Candidates must have at least five (5) years of field experience working on rotating equipment, preferably reciprocating engines in the energy generation industry but other industries will be considered.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business value for customers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for making our customers successful.
  • Experience with performance guarantees, service agreements, and operational KPIs.
