Provides technical engineering support and executes field service activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
1. Performs technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to the functionality of equipment and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the service team and customers.
2. Provides technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring the reliability of products in operation.
3. Collaborates across multiple customers, external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site activities and share expertise, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and contributing to service delivery excellence.
4. Participates in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by providing feedback on service processes and equipment performance, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Maintains accurate records and reports of field service activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Adheres to safety and quality standards.
