Resources Coordinator

What are your main task and responsibilities?

  • Coordination of resources and operational support for Field services.
  • High-level administration, development, and support for field service activities.
  • Managing Resources availability, resource utilization, and Soft and hard booking in Planning Board
  • Support Competence planning as well as short- and long-term resource planning.
  • Support FS Manager Individual development plans for FS resources.
  • Arranging and organizing internal and external training programs.
  • Administrative role and management of the resources when they are not assigned on a Services work.
  • Coordination with FS operations coordinators for the proper execution of activities.
  • Timesheet review and approvals
  • Arranging all required documentation & arrangements such as flight tickets, visas, tools, permits, gate passes, etc those required for Filed Service Resources to travel.
  • Act as a service coordinator for simple and Intragroup jobs when required to support operations.
  • Organize meetings and events for Filed Service Resources 


What do we expect from you?

A. Education:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 3 years works experience as a filed service engineer or service coordinator role in a multicultural environment.


B. Experience


Good presentation, communication, and team-working skills

Motivation to learn new things and high attention to detail

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, including flexibility

Reporting and analyzing skills

Knowledge of sourcing process in general and related tools

Workplace ICT equipment & applications (M-Files, CRM (SWF), SAP/ WEP experience, and MS office tools)

Ability to work autonomously but be a proactive team player, who is comfortable brainstorming, creating, and delivering information and material to both small and large groups of internal stakeholders.

Positive and helpful

Good command of English.
