Field Service Operation Coordinator

We are looking now for a FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to join our dynamic, fast-paced Field Service team for Energy business. The desired location for this position is Turkey Istanbul FS office.
The ideal candidate has degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar experience, Wartsila product knowledge and experience in coordination of Field Service activities and resources.
As a FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, you will focus on these responsibilities:
- Coordinate standard Field Service work orders.
- Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedule for work order.
- Job finalization with Customer, internally check with cost-margin calculation
- Job invoicing with Administrative people and follow up
- Coordinate technical people when assigned on a work order.
- Manage operative daily activities locally within assigned responsibility.
- Providing necessary information and study with Sales
- Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Work follow up with internal-external and project business and finalization
- Act as contact person for customer and internal stakeholders during the work order.
- Follow-up and report the status of the work order to customer or relevant internal stakeholders.
- Maintain tools under own responsibility in good condition, carrying out assigned tool's preventive maintenance as per specifications.
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
- Work in accordance with business and all Wärtsilä guidelines.
- Comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her/his position.
- Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values and company policies applicable as employee and/or the position.
