Logistics Supervisor / Lojistik Süpervizörü

We are now looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Wärtsilä Turkey team working for a more sustainable future through.

In this role, you’ll be the hub of daily logistics: verifying goods received from customers and the warehouse, organizing packages against the delivery list, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. You’ll own order tracking and communications, partnering with the central logistics team to resolve issues quickly and keep every shipment on schedule.

You bring real‑world logistics and customs know‑how, confidence with office tools, a technical education and a team-player mindset.

The preferred location for the position is in Istanbul, Turkey and preferably close to Tuzla. 

Your role and responsibilities  

As Logistic Supervisor, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Ensure goods are delivered on time to customers and the company warehouse.
• Develop and implement contingency shipping methods during emergencies, securing approval from relevant departments.
• Ensure that all shipping documents are prepared, received, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor and control invoices for all shipping activities and manage supplier payments.
• Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with Operations and Warehouse teams.

Requirements for the position   

• Technical degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics operations and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluent level of English in both writing and speaking.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to prioritize and drive structured execution.
• Proven problem-solving ability and efficient, sound decision-making.
• Valid driving license.
• Military service completed (where applicable for male candidates).
• Local purchasing experience will be considered an advantage.

This position may involve periodic travel, predominantly to customs facilities, with an estimated travel commitment of up to 20%.

Lojistik Süpervizörü

Daha sürdürülebilir bir gelecek için çalışan Wärtsila Turkey ekibimize katılacak bir Lojistik Süpervizörü arıyoruz.

Bu rolde, günlük lojistik departmanın merkezi olacaksınız: müşterilerden ve depodan alınan ürünleri doğrulamak, paketleri teslimat listesine göre düzenlemek ve Logistic depo alınını temiz ve düzenli tutmaktan. Sipariş takibi ve  tüm iletişim ile siz ilgileneceksiniz; merkezi ve lokal lojistik ekibiyle iş birliği yaparak sorunları hızlıca çözüp her sevkiyatın zamanında tamalanmasını sağlayacaksınız.

Global lojistik ve gümrük bilgisi, MS ofis araçlarının aktif kullanımı ,ilgili konuda teknik eğitim ve takım oyuncusu zihniyeti getirmeniz beklenmektedir.

Pozisyon için tercih edilen konum İstanbul, Türkiye'de ve tercihen Tuzla'ya yakındır.

Rolünüz ve sorumluluklarınız

Lojistik Süpervizör olarak işiniz şu sorumluluklara odaklanacaktır:

• Malların müşterilere ve şirket deposuna zamanında teslim edilmesinden emin olun.
• Acil durumlarda acil durum sevkiyatı yöntemleri geliştirmek ve uygulamak, ilgili departmanlardan onay almak.
• Tüm gönderim belgelerinin doğru ve zamanında hazırlandığından, alındığından ve gönderildiğinden emin olun.
• Tüm gönderim faaliyetleri için faturaları takip edin ve kontrol edin, tedarikçi ödemelerini yönetin.
• Operasyonlar ve Depo ekipleriyle etkili iletişim ve güçlü çalışma ilişkileri sürdürmek.
• Geçici ithalat ve İhracat konusunda gümrük prosedürleri hakkında aktif çalışmak.

Pozisyon için gereksinimler

• İlgili Lojsitik veya belirtilen alanda bir üniversiteden mezun olmak.
• Lojistik operasyonları ve iletişimde en az 5 yıllık profesyonel deneyim.
• MS Office ve SAP yetkinliği.
• Hem yazmada hem de konuşmada akıcı bir İngilizce seviyesi.
• Güçlü planlama ve organizasyon becerileri; Önceliklendirme ve yapılandırılmış uygulamayı yönlendirebilmek.
• Problem çözme ve verimli, sağlam karar verme yeteneği.
• Geçerli aktif ehliyet ve Aktif araç kullanabilme .
• Askerlik hizmeti tamamlanmış olması (erkek adaylar için geçerlidir).
• Satın alma deneyimi bir avantaj olarak kabul edilecektir.
