Project Planner
We are looking for a Project Planner to join us on a marine project in Itajaí/SC, Brazil. This professional will be responsible for preparing the project's planning, focusing on controlling the schedule of the services assigned to it, also contributing to the smooth development of planned activities, and supporting team management. Ensuring customer satisfaction, both external and internal. Ensuring that all demands inherent to the process are carried out with quality, in accordance with the rules of the company, and within the established deadlines.

Main activities:
- Elaborate and maintain the project schedule planning to assure an integrated plan for the project and combination with the customer plans
- Assist the project manager, system architect and site manager in the planning process, bringing together to a total integrated plan including dependencies
- Connect the planning with resource needs and availabilities
- Periodically update the programmed activities according to the execution of the activities, generating informative reports on the status of the project's progress
- Prepare documents relevant to planning, such as: Schedule, histogram, critical path analysis, S curve, daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as required by the project, ensuring the performance of the planning
Requirements:
- Degree in Production Engineering or Administration
- MBA in Project Management is a plus
- Knowledge of complex project planning incl. dependency planning (network planning) and critical path analysis
- Knowledge in resource/capacity planning
- Project management / PMO experience.
- Good MS Office and SAP skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese language in word and writing
