Account Manager

Location: Jakarta

 
Main responsibilities Required :
1. Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and AR.
2. Manage the time line in order to achieve yearly sales target
3. Making a good relationship with customers' key people, especially the decision makers.
4. Update customer installation, evaluate for business potentials and make a plan to sell Solution/Project to customers.
5. Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and put into CRM.
6. Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely.
7. Developing his/her own selling capabilities by having clear understanding of customer business, customer organization, and customer need for our solutions.
8. Timely making comprehensive customer up date, visit plan and reports in CRM and GM Service Sales.
9. Collect the overdue AR.
10. Coordinating AM Energy Business and communication with internal functions.
11. Identify and develop prospects.
12. Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction.
13. Monitor the entire sales process and ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
14. Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.
15. Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects.

Development Responsibilities:
1. Make sure customer satisfaction by delivering services or products as what written in the contracts or PO.
2. Using CRM as a sales diary.
3. Implementing a proactive Selling/as a Hunter Sales person.
 
 
Job Specification :
1. Having minimum 8 years of progressively in Sales, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Experience supervising and managing people.
3. Bachelor's Degree and Masters in Business or a related field required
