Operation and Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an Operation and Maintenance in CM team to be stationed in Flores. This is a permanent opportunity.


About the Position:
What will you be doing:
As Operation and Maintenance Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  1. Plan, lead and manage operation and maintenance activities at plant and assigned team.
  2. Ensure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according base in contract, us Heartrate, SFC/SLOC, EAF CF and other
  3. Ensure competent resources and competence development within assigned team.
  4. Ensure that the condition of the plant and equipment’s are according to applicable guidelines and policies and take corrective actions when needed, manage the Performance engine, running hours and PMS schedule,
  5. Ensure that the work is executed at plant according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures, and always implementation to team the rules Wartsila regarding QHSE
  6. Prepare all reports, annual operating plant (AOP) as instructed by the Plant  Manager.
  7. Identify and actively seek to improve operational and maintenance reliability and availability of the plant.
  8. Manage the inventory system at site like Spare part, Tools, consumable, Lube oil and chemical.
  9. Develop the operation and maintenance working routines at the plant.
  10. Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  1. Bachelor Degree with 5 – 10 years working experience in related field
  2. 10 years working experience in Power Plant Industry and or Marine
