Senior Maintenance Planner (50588)

Your Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain maintenance plans for equipment covered under service agreements.
• Ensure maintenance activities are executed in accordance with agreed schedules and scope of work.
• Develop and manage lifetime maintenance plans for customer agreements.
• Update annual and detailed maintenance plans for assigned agreements and provide input for annual financial maintenance planning.
• Proactively identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend operational and technical enhancements. Create leads in CRM or, when covered under an agreement, in the maintenance management system.
• Ensure the timely availability of spare parts, exchange components, field service resources, and necessary maintenance tools at the installation site as required by the maintenance plan.
• Monitor on-site spare parts inventory where applicable.
• Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks to ensure completion within target timelines and in compliance with Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, as well as customer site procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting with Agreement Managers and customers regarding maintenance planning and execution.

Development Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance management planning and execution processes.
