Act as a (Senior) Operational Expert, provide technical advice to plants under agreement and provide proactive operational and technical support for engines and other auxiliary equipment. Utilizing remote diagnostic and analytical tools analyses and supports installation crew to reliable and efficient plant operations.

Propose improvements to the equipment performance, inform and manage potential operational risks together with stakeholders to ensure the equipment uptime.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

 

This role is open to applicants within Indonesia and requires to base in Jakarta.

 

Your main responsibilities are

  • Handling of routine operational deviations and technical issues / queries from customers Monitor, analyze and support the installation equipment (Engines & Auxiliary) operational performance.
  • Ensure that the corrective and predictive actions are planned and executed at the installations.
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders. (TS L1 & L2, Maintenance Management, Performance management and Agreement management)
  • Support Agreements on Standardizing Operation Procedures.
  • Help with deep drive analysis of all technical issues / outages and improve predictability capacity using Wartsila digital tools.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Proactively report for performance improvements possibilities.
