Are you a fresh graduate who is eager to build a career in the power and energy industry?
Wärtsilä is looking for passionate and motivated talents to join us as a Trainee Mechanical Plant Technician.
What You Will Do
- Support mechanical operation and maintenance activities at the plant
- Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical issues
- Learn and follow standard procedures, SOPs, and safe ways of working
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams
- Gain hands-on experience in a real plant environment
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems or diesel engines is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Indonesian nationality only
