Are you a fresh graduate who is eager to build a career in the power and energy industry?
Wärtsilä is looking for passionate and motivated talents to join us as a Trainee Mechanical Plant Technician.

What You Will Do

  • Support mechanical operation and maintenance activities at the plant
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical issues
  • Learn and follow standard procedures, SOPs, and safe ways of working
  • Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams
  • Gain hands-on experience in a real plant environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems or diesel engines is an advantage
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Indonesian nationality only
