We are looking for Training Instructor, Electrical in Indonesia. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Jakarta, Indonesia.

What will you be doing:

  • To actively take part in the day-to-day training activities/delivery 
  • Performs and coordinates immediate activities to meet objectives.
  • Develop / Administer / Implement and maintain technical training area/equipment and assessments.
  • Responsible for execution of standard training activities for customers and own personnel to meet customers' expectations and according to budgeted/margin targets.
  • Execution of training centre trainings without backup
  • Have convincing and initiative attitude, explain technical issues in educative and supporting way.
  • Deliver the training in a keen way and under consideration of total safety and environmental impact aspects.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
  • To participate in projects in which technical knowledge and experience is of importance.
  • Perform tasks designated by superior.


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal communication skills 
  • Quality, safety and environmental skills 
  • Desire to work in multicultural environment. 
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, other languages are a merit
  • Result- and development-oriented way of working 
  • Experience in training delivery is a benefit, however, we will train you on the job
