Contract Management Coordinator, Japan

Your main responsibilities are:  
•   Assisting Contract Manager’s service related activities including but not limited to;

-Preparing and issuing invoice to the customer

-Collecting monthly operation report and upload those records in the system, CMT and CRM.

-Update of contract revenue and cost in the system, ESTIMO

-Timely preparation of purchase order to Contract Center, Global Logistic Service and other network company

-Input and update SAP regarding purchased parts, service, invoices etc.

-Inquiry and getting quotation of parts and service from GLS or other network company

-Arrangement of parts and service delivery as instructed by CM, communicating with PCM, FS and the customer till the completion of delivery.

-Verification of service work invoice from other department (Field service) or network company

-Expediting output from counter part including customer, other department, subcontractor etc.


•    To keep contract manager updated complying with local rule.

•    Proactive communication with other department and customer to ensure scheduled parts and service will be delivered on time.
•    Implementing of all CM related IM tools & practices including CRM, Estimo, CMT, QlikView, etc.

•    To act as a Facilitator in highlighting local issues / risks / administrative tasks / local rules by supporting CM team in proposing solutions.


Desired Skills:

Experience of any business for/with Japanese customer

Communication skill for negotiation and team work

Business grade Japanese language (speaking and writing)  Native grade preferable

•  Business grade English language (writing and speaking)

•  Operation of MS Windows, Word, Excel and IT tools as normal grade


Preferable skills and knowledge:
•    Experience or knowledge about contract management
•    Experience of parts coordination or working with PCM 
•    Experience of FS coordinatior, or FS admin coordinator

•    Experience in any department using SAP for purchase order or invoice issue/completion.

•    Experience of working in any global company
