We are currently looking for a
Coordinator, Sales Support, Sales Management, Shaft Line Solutions, Toyama, Japan.
You will be a member of our Sales Support, Sales Management team as a key person in our after service sales for our continuous increasing Wartsila products delivery. Worklocation for this position is in Toyama, Japan

Sales support team is one of the most important team in sales management department. We will support sales people all over the world in Wartsila and will study the latest technology of Seals & Bearings for stern tube which is one of the most important equipment on the vessel.

Main Responsibilities:
・Sales support for Wartsila products out of SLS-JP
・Summarize installation/customers information from CRM and/or other available database
・Approach customers based on available to promote after service 
・Create solution and provide to customer
・Handling and coordination of inquiries, quotations and orders to internal and external customers  according to set processes and KPI's
・Projects Management
・シャフトラインソリューションジャパンの製品(船尾管シール、船尾管軸受、中間軸受)のセールスサポート
・CRMやその他データベースから製品取付対象船群や顧客情報の取りまとめ
・顧客へのアプローチし、アフタサービスセールスをプロモートする
・技術的な提案を作成し、顧客へ提案する
・設定されたプロセスとKPIに従って、内外部の顧客への問い合わせ、見積、注文処理
・プロジェクト管理

Requirement (Mandatory):
・Sales skills
・Scientific background
・Presentation and communication, negotiation skills
・Computer/IT skills (i.e. MS Office, SAP, CRM)
・Good English and fluent Japanese
・Team player
・Positive and can do attitude, Responsible

・理系出身
・プレゼン、コミュニケーション、ネゴシエーション能力
・コンピューター/IT ツール(MS Office, SAP, CRM)
・英語力と日本語力

Requirement (Preferred):
・Sales or Sales support or Marketing Experience
・SAP experience is considered as advantage
・Seals & Bearings Experience
・セールス或いはセールスサポート或いはマーケティングの職務経験
・SAP経験
・シールズ&ベアリングズ業界経験


Education:
・Bachelor level from business/technical University or equivalent
 大卒以上
