We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Middle East Operational Organization based  in Jeddah, Saudia Arabia

 

Your role and responsibilities:

As an HR Generalistyour daily duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for accurate input of payroll data into the HR system and to be responsible for payroll processing.

-Employee Information Management:

  • Monitor and update all employee-related information in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Handle employee leave requests and maintain leave records in accordance with company & Labor law policies.
  • Prepare employment letters and other related documentation as required.
  •  Support for Local Matters and Visa Requirements
  • Serve as a link between employees, PSH, and government authorities for visa-related matters and other local requirements.
  • Health Insurance Administration:
  • Manage health insurance matters, including additions, deletions, and coordination with employees. 8. Time and Attendance Management:
  • Oversee time and attendance tracking processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • HR-Related Purchase Requests:
  • Raise purchase requests for HR-related items through Webuy.
  • Maintain and organize employee personal files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the internal HR system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management.

 

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, fostering positive employee relations. Collaboration with GR Team:
  • Visa and Permit Processing.
  • Obtain new employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees, including support for dependents' residence visas.
  • Expert Advice on Visa Formalities:
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and the business on visa procedures and government-related requirements.
  • Business License Management
  • Ensure all business and trade licenses related to HRLO are updated and compliant with regulations. Government Sector Coordination
  • Responsible for interactions with the Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, and other government entities on behalf of the company.

 

Requirements for the position:

  • 2-5 years of similar experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
