Job Purpose:

 

Executes sourcing activities, manages supplier relationships, and ensures the procurement of materials and services aligns with organizational goals and standards.

 

Experience required: 3 to 5 years 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Executes sourcing processes and activities, ensuring effective and efficient procurement in alignment with business needs, guidelines, regulations and procurement plans.
  • Contributes to supplier selection and evaluation, contract negotiation and management, and develops and maintains relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms, fulfillment of product requirements and specifications, and a good supplier performance. Executes supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management processes. Partakes in resolving supplier quality and performance issues.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and practices, incorporating sustainability and ethical considerations.
  • Maintains accurate supplier data and procurement records for analysis and reporting. Utilizes data and analytics to inform sourcing decisions and to optimize the supply chain. Analyzes supplier performance data to monitor outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
