Engineer Testautomation

Our Technology Team focused on Navigation Development is looking for a well-structured and open-minded Engineer for Testautomation. The position will be located in Hamburg, Germany.


Your responsibilities are:


• Identifying unexpected behaviour in complex systems
• Development of automated test cases based on functional descriptions pro-vided by development engineers
• Design and development of test automation strategies
• Creating and maintaining automated test cases
• Making use of the version control system for tests
• Researching new tools and methods for test automation
• Integrating test automation methods into the test manager for test result transfer
• Analysing defects and supports troubleshooting for fast-time-fixes
• Reports defects to development teams
• Follow-up of defect correction




*  graduate degree in computer science or telecommunication
*  app. 1-2 years of relevant experience
*  good German and English skills written and spoken
*  experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python)
*  experience with Test Management Systems (e.g. HP QC, Polarion, TestLink, etc.) desirable
