Project Engineer Technical Documentation (m/w/d)

Our Centre of Excellence Turnkey Solutions is looking for a self-driven and customer-oriented Project Engineer for Technical Documentation being part of the ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) team. The position is located at Wärtsilä SAM in Hamburg, Germany, although business trips to business partners should be done regularly.

 

Your responsibilities are:

 

* Technical-logistic support of national/international customer projects with regard to ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) 

* Planning, preparing and maintaining of technical documentation in German and English for the purpose of usage, maintenance and commissioning

* Responsibility for technical accuracy and high technical quality of documentation

* Supporting in bid proposal management

* Selection, assignment and management of subcontractors and business partners

* Ensuring high quality deliverance to customer

 

Requirements:

 

* completed studies in electrical engineering or similar education
* preferably basic experience in creation of technical manuals
* very good German- and English skills (technical) written and spoken
* profound technical analysis skills

* well-structured and self-driven way of working

* good communication and collaboration skills
