About the company

Do you want to be part of the green transition to fossil-free energy? Wärtsilä Gas Solutions in Kalmar develops and manufactures plants that purify biogas from

carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and water, which enables the purified renewable gas to replace fossil energy in vehicle fuels and in all applications where (fossil)

natural gas is used today, in both gas and liquid form ( LNG). We also work with development projects in carbon dioxide capture (CCS) and synthetic gas (P2X).

The unit in Kalmar currently has 27 employees and good market prospects mean we need to grow. We are part of the Gas Solutions business area with headquarters

in Asker, Norway, which in turn is part of the listed Wärtsilä with headquarters in Finland.

In our workshop in Kalmar, we weld pipes, assemble components on large base plates which are then built into container-like modules for delivery to the customer.

Typical lead time for a project is 6 to 12 months.

We now need to strengthen with another buyer in Kalmar.
