We are now looking for a 

 

Manager Management Systems

 

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent, and the possible locations are Kampen (The Netherlands) and Vaasa (Finland). 

 

What you will be doing 

 

The main objective of the Management Systems Manager in the Business Line is to ensure that customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met. This by monitoring customer satisfaction, nonconformities, risks and auditing of processes and operations. The Management Systems Manager is responsible for conducting internal audits, quality reporting and risk management reviews, for preventing nonconformities, managing documentation as well as coordinating actions related to red flags and customer feedback. It also ensures EHS alignment in the different sites, including external audit planning, support and follow-up of corrective actions. All actions are performed in line with the company strategy, procedures and tools.

 

As Manager Management Systems, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Plan and manage the BL audit programme, leading internal audits and participating to 2nd and 3rd party audits
  • Plan and coordinate risk management and business continuity management systems, including periodical rehearsals
  • Coordinate periodical Management Reviews
  • Ensure actuality of BL main governing documents, e.g. Management Manual, Procedures, KPIs, etc.
  • Ensure EHSS alignment in the different sites
  • Support BL and other ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Support the deployment of the BU QEHS strategy and action plan
  • Provide feedback to the BL regarding nonconformities and opportunities, also but not limited to those arising from auditing, risk reviews, customer experience, and for improving the management system

 

You will shine in this role, when you have: 

 

  • Experience of working within Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services and Supply Management Business Line
  • 5-year experience as qualified internal auditor in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards 
  • You have experience of working cross-functionally within a matrix organisation
  • You have strong communication and influencing skills
  • You have strong situational awareness
  • You like to get things done with proactive mindset
  • You are a true team player who enjoys facilitating continuous improvement

 

Seen as an advantage:

 

  • Knowledge in additional Int'l standards such as ISO 27001:2013 (2022), ASME NQA-1 (nuclear business)
  • Experience in Project Management, Process Development and Continuous Improvement toolsets

 

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
