We are now looking for a skilled Service Engineer, Field Service Resources to join our team in Taiwan. This is a permanent opportunity, and its preferred location is Kaohsiung.
我們目前招募一位熟練的現場服務工程師,加入台灣團隊。此為正職職缺,首選工作地點為高雄。
What will you be doing:
主要職責:
- Performs technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to the functionality of equipment and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the service team and customers.
在現場執行技術任務與故障排除,確保設備正常運行;並與服務團隊及客戶協作,準確診斷與及時解決技術問題。
- Provides technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring the reliability of products in operation.
為客戶提供技術支援與指導,提升客戶體驗,並確保產品運行的可靠性。
- Collaborates across multiple customers, external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site activities and share expertise, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and contributing to service delivery excellence.
與多個客戶、外部利害關係人及跨職能團隊合作,統籌與協調現場活動,分享專業知識,確保服務交付及時且高效,並持續提升服務品質。
- Participates in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by providing feedback on service processes and equipment performance, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
透過提供服務流程和設備效能的回饋,參與並推動現場服務流程與方法的持續改進,以提升運作效率與客戶滿意度。
- Maintains accurate records and reports of field service activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Adheres to safety and quality standards.
建建立並維護準確完整的現場服務紀錄與報告,確保符合公司政策和客戶要求;同時遵守安全與品質標準。
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
要勝任此職位,我們希望您具備以下條件:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or etc.
電機、電子或機械工程相關學歷背景。
- 3 years work experience in marine, engines propulsion or power plant industry.
3年船舶、引擎推進或發電廠產業工作經驗。
- Willing to traveling (domestic and international, up to 70% yearly).
可接受差旅 (國內及國外,一年累積時間佔 70%)。
- Fast responding though and flexible to travel or work in short notice.
反應快速且具彈性,可配合短期通知之出差與任務安排。
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
熟悉微軟辦公室應用軟體操作 (Word, Excel, Power Point 等) 。
- Basic and intermediate Marine engine and propulsion products is advantage.
具備基礎及中級船用引擎及推進產品知識者佳。
- Dual skill (such us Mechanical-Electrical or 2-stroke and 4-stroke) is advantage.
具備雙重技能(例如機電或二行程和四行程)者佳。
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
精通中英文 (聽說讀寫) 。
