Plant Manager

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Continuously develop understanding how to create value for customer and customers business.
  • Identify upselling opportunities with the customer and coordinate within own organization.
  • Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc tied to the agreement
  • Ensure quality of work related to the agreement execution
  • Development of competent agreement management resources
  • Operations & Maintenance management for assigned plant
  • Responsible for all activities relating to the daily agreement management at the power plant inclusive of planning and implementation of plant operations & maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with the plant team relative to the condition of the plant equipment and performance and to provide suggestions for improvements
  • Ensure skilled and motivated agreement management personnel to assure good teamwork.
  • Responsible for implementation of plant QEHS policy
  • Establish and implement standard Agreement Management procedures and processes
  • Prepare reports, plans and budgets as instructed by the Agreement Manager
  • Identify and actively seek to improve the plant performance.
  • Development Responsibilities:
  • Building a competitive and motivated team of agreement management personnel
  • Develop the agreement management working routines at the plan.

Requirements:

 

  • Job Location : Karachi Pakistan
  • Educational Requirement: BE/BSc Electrical/Mechanical/Marine degree
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Prior experience of Wartsila Duel Fuel engine is an advantage.
  • Understanding of workplace safety.
