Key Accountabilities:

Job role – Production engineer -Mechanical

Job purpose – To oversee the electrical work in manufacturing (mainly in auxiliary module production)

Key accountabilities –

1. Planning & execution of Mechanical work on Modules as per drawing.

2. Knowledge of Mechanical instruments/drawings/pid and etc.

3. Beneficial if have auto cad experience.

4. Knowledge of Mechanical & instrumentation equipment’s.

5. Knowledge of tools tackles, its selection.

6. Testing – before & after mounting of equipment’s on modules.

7. Documentation – Test reports, Traceability records of the equipment’s.

8. Have thorough knowledge of Mechanical hydraulic Circuit

9. Have knowledge to operate Mechanical testing equipment’s like HPP

10. Have thorough knowledge of SAP – MM & PP module.

11. Thorough Safety knowledge wrt Mechanical

12. Need to train & guide junior mechanical engineers and contract team.

13. Must be familiar with ISO norms -Quality, Environment, Safety.

14. Job is on shop floor, need to wear Boiler Suite.

Education –

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engg.

Experience –

· 8 to 10 / 6 to 8 years.
