General Purpose of the job:
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Manager – Personnel, Facilities & Industrial Relations, based at our Delivery Centre in Khopoli.
This strategic leadership role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational management and fostering strong industrial relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Industrial Relations: Building and nurturing relationships with industrial partners, stakeholders, and clients through strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration. The goal is to maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with our organizational objectives.
- Personnel & Administration: Overseeing administrative operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. This includes managing HR processes, compliance, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilities Management: Ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our workspaces. The role involves enhancing infrastructure to meet both organizational and stakeholder needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee administrative areas, aligning them with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure seamless support services and resource management.
Develop and implement administrative policies and processes to optimize operational efficiency. - Monitor and report on the performance of administrative operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and support the administrative team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships within the administrative domain.
- Develop and implement facilities policies, processes and plan for facilities management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and sustainability principles.
- Manage maintenance, security, operations and space planning to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align facilities services with business requirements and enhance user satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in facility operations through innovative solutions and efficient resource management.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Foster a culture of safety, sustainability and environmental stewardship, overseeing the implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facilities management domain.
- Effectively manage employee relationship including contract labour workforce.
- Handle the grievances and lead the investigation & actions as per law in case of misconduct/ disciplinary issues, as applicable
- Ensure to maintain cordial relationship between employees, management and union.
- Facilitate regular meetings with union for negotiations of collective bargain and further to address ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, monitor industry trends, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Maintain applicable compliance as per authorities' requirements including but not limited to Factory & labour law/regulations.
- Lead statutory inspections and/or audits collaborating with all the functions.
Desired requirements:
Education : Any graduate degree with specialisation in Industrial relations will be preferred
Experience : Overall 15 years of work of relevant industry experience.
Skill-sets requirements:
- Handson experience in Industrial relations
- Experience of handling union matters will be an added advantage
- Candidates with manufacturing industry background shall be preferred
- Candidates having good command over local language and local area will be preferred
