Field Service Admin Coordinator

We are now looking for a FS Admin Coordinator, Marine Power to join our Field Service Operation team in Japan. Work location is Kobe.


FS Operation team handle and manage overall Field service and workshop business for external/ Internal customers. We are following our global way of working for KPIs and proudly serve qualified services and support to customer.

What will you be doing:

As FS Admin Coordinator, Marine Power, your work will focus on these responsibilities:


  • Processing of any documents and costs relating to WESAP C/S functions.
  • Create and issue accurate sales invoices.
  • Review and maintain work in progress.
  • Report on margin and invoicing KPIs.
  • Produce overtime report for service engineers
  • Compliance and business processes in accordance with the current business ISSO9001 standards.
  • Ensure compliance at all times with current Health & Safety legislation, company quality procedures, and data protection.
  • Meeting personal performance targets as defined during the annual development discussion.


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • M. Sc. Or B.Sc degree (technical or commercial)
  • Experience in working in international environment and knowledge in Marine business
  • Fluency in Japanese, English in business level.
  • Strong Communication and Customer service skills
  • Teamwork skills and Cultural knowledge
  • Motivated to learn and grow professionally
  • Workplace ICT equipment and applications; SAP knowledge preferable


Seen as an advantage:

  • Advanced knowledge of Marine business.
  • As option, Korean language in basic level (Not mandatory)
