Customer Project Execution. Deliver assigned projects to organisational and customer expectations:

•           Timeliness: On time delivery of engineering documentation and material components

•           Cost:  Completion within budget. Deviation between Cost Budget, Forecast and Actuals. Forecast accuracy

•           Quality: Scope control. Use of standard solutions. Level of rework and non-conformities.


Internal Project Execution and Development.

•           Contribution to non customer projects within MEA PM

•           Contribution to the development of own team    



The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned new build customer projects. Success is defined by on time and within budget delivery according to the contracted requirements, and also stakeholder satisfaction. This requires a solid technical background, the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes, and run parallel projects in a structured and efficient manner.


Main Responsibilities:     

•           Be responsible for and manage assigned projects and their risks

•           Effectively manage resources to deliver contracted project outcomes

•           Manage conflicts between time, quality and cost

•           Lead and manage the project lifecycle: contract, engineering, procurement, delivery, commissioning and handover

•           Effectively report, communicate, negotiate and influence outcomes internally, with customers and suppliers


Development Responsibilities:     

•           Continuously improve work processes and procedures

•           Native language skills

•           Very high level of proficiency in written and spoken English/Japanese

•           Self-motivated to deliver results
