Training Coordinator (Temporary, 12 Months)

Wärtsilä Training Centre in Korea is looking for a Training Coordinator. This position is 12-month temporary and the location is Busan, Korea.



You are mainly responsible for:

  • Coordinating WLSA* training delivery operations in training centre including; (WLSA= Wärtsilä Land and Sea Academy)
     Notification handling, order process to internal and external customers, SAP updating, report handling, course time scheduling to internal and external customers, and training resources allocation
  • Managing the training course resources schedule
  • Providing training course and services offers to external and internal customers
  • Organizing and supporting remote virtual training course for internal and external customers
  • Contacting customer for the training requests
  • Executing learning management tool administration
  • Supporting business related training requests in WLSA*
  • Performing other tasks given by the superior.

We hope you have:

  • BSc.
  • Min. 1 years’ work experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Korean
  • Excellent communication skill and well-developed cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Excellent skill in MS Teams and MS Office
  • Ability and flexibility to solve problems
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Representation skills and etiquette
  • Co-operative skills, Negotiation skills and Reporting skills
  • Work Experience in the similar tasks is an advantage
  • BSc. in Electrical, Mechanical and Marine engineering is an advantage
