Manager Sales Support & Administration 

We are now looking for a Manager Sales Support & Administration to join our QuantiServ with Sales Support responsibility for QuantiServ Product Lines within own Area and/or region of the area. The position is a permanent opportunity. The preferred location for the position is in Kruiningen (NLD).


What will you be doing

In this position, your work will focus on Support organization to reach targets as set for QuantiServ products and services on GTV level, you will be the first point of contact for organization in settlements and/or package deals with customers, you will be responsible for content (technical specification of what is offered and sold) for single portfolio projects and act as sales leader within multi portfolio projects.

You will coordinate sales support activities within own area, represent QuantiServ specific as well as full solution management and develop QuantiServ organization competence level such as, but not limited to, technical knowledge, product knowledge, sales knowledge, tool (CRM, SAP).


As Manager Sales Support & Administration , your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Assure organization of adequate product and solution knowledge. Develop service knowledge within own area.
  • Identify sales opportunities proactively and maintain necessary follow-up tools (e.g. CRM)
  • Agree targets and actions plans for sales support organization in close cooperation with Area Sales Manager in own Area.
  • Set budget targets for respective area in QuantiServ.
  • Support organization in developing and monitoring actions plans and targets.
  • Create customer awareness for our QuantiServ products and services.
  • Develop organization product competence and usage of tools.
  • Utilize feedback to initiate new product development together with product management.

  • Basic understanding of Mechanical engineering
  • Sales and negotiations techniques

  • Automation software such as SAP, Power BI, Office

  • Understanding customer business
  • Cultural aspects in doing business
  • Level of education, Higher education level and /or university in direction Commerce & Business
  • Requires international travelling  sometimes
