Sales Support Manager QuantiServ Kruiningen

As a Sales Support Manager for QuantiServ, you will be part of and providing support to the Global QuantiServ Sales Organization. In this local NL position, your main responsibilities and tasks for the Kruiningen location will consist of quotation creation and order handling for components sent to our workshop for reconditioning and providing quotations to customers based on their enquiries.

 

In this role, you will prepare proposals for customer specific reconditioning solutions, process customer orders according order coordination process, ensure the functionality of proposed technical solutions together with Manufacturing Engineering and perform cost calculations and evaluate profitability of proposed solutions.

 

In addition, you will provide support to the Regional Sales Managers and Global Sales Organization by proactively seeking and identifying (reconditioning) Sales Opportunities.

 

 

This support will consist of:

  • Support sales projects in own responsibility area and report to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships.
  • Participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.
  • Improve offering quality, work successfully with Sales Development & Support organization.
  • Cooperate closely with Account Managers, Sales Managers and Product Sales Managers.
  • Monitor and act on defined KPI’s and report respective results to Management.
  • Participate in local White Board meeting and demonstrate active role.
  • Work with Operational Excellence team to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Initiate actions for increasing order intake OEM and OOEM and Industrial Services.
  • Prepare Sales targets with regional and global Sales teams, prepare and execute Account and/or Sales plans.
  • Ensure up to date and thorough technical recon knowledge of assigned areas.

 

Your accountabilities:

  • Net sales volume.
  • Order intake.
  • Margins / profitability.
  • Increase of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
  • Credit control and payment conditions of direct customers in collaboration with Credit controllers.

 

Your profile:

  • Knowledge of QuantiServ product portfolio.
  • Basic technical product knowledge marine engines.
  • Proper communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Business Finance (Sales, margin etc.)
  • Health, Safety, Environment and Quality rules & regulations (compliance)
  • Higher vocational education or experience level (HBO), preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Commercial Economics.
  • Alternatively: required level by experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technical production- or service environment.
  • Extensive experience in MS Office, preferably also in SAP.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive team player. Customer and result oriented work attitude.
  • Solid verbal and writing skills in Dutch and English (technical) language.
