We are looking for a HRLO Specialist as a part of People Serviceteam, you will be the focal point with the managers, leadership and the employees. In this position you are reporting to Country Head, HR Local Operation – West and Central Africa and the location of the position is in Lagos, Nigeria.
Your role and responsibilities:
As a HRLO Specialist your work will include the below tasks, the tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of energetic team with diverse expertise:
- Build effective relationships with Leadership.
- Operations and Support Functions
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, projects and systems.
- Employee relations focused on creating and delivering people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships between the organization and our people.
- Work closely with bargaining councils, you'll need to ensure that people practices are fair and transparent.
- Support in driving diversity and equal opportunities in everything we do is a top priority.
- Assist with all legislative requirements & submissions as per deadlines.
- Key contact for monthly payroll input & administration.
- Ownership of the end-to-end recruiting cycle for all vacancies, using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures
Requirements for the position
- Bachelor' Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Multinational organisation experience would be advantageous (preferably from energy or engineering industry).
- Fluent in spoken and written English..

- Good analytical, communication, coordination and administrative skills, excellent reporting skills.
- Structured and well-planned way of working.
- Having good knowledge in SAP or HRIS is an advantage.
