HR Generalist

Key Accountabilities 

1.HR Operations & HR Systems 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of SAP SuccessFactors and local HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Maintain employee records, organizational structures, reporting relationships, transfers, and all employee data changes in HR systems.
  • Provide first-level support to employees and managers regarding SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS, and employee self-service transactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and integrity of HR data through regular audits, validations, and data cleanup activities.
  • Manage and optimize HR databases to maintain up-to-date and reliable employee information.

 

2. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Management 

  • Administer and maintain employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Organize, maintain, and securely store HR records, files, policies, and documentation in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Provide advanced administrative support across multiple HR functions and projects.

 

3. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance 

  • Support monthly payroll processes through employee data validation, audit checks, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage attendance and timekeeping processes, ensuring the accurate recording, validation, and maintenance of employee attendance, leave, and working time data.
  • Prepare and maintain HR and payroll-related reports for operational and management requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, claims processing, enrollments, and renewals.
  • Manage matters related to Social Security, EOBI, and other statutory employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.

 

4.Employee Support & Relations 

  • Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, responding to HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.
  • Support employee relations activities and escalate complex cases to appropriate HR professionals when required.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging work environment.

 

5.Reporting & Analytics 

  •  Create, maintain, and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports using SAP SuccessFactors, DECIBEL, and other reporting tools.
  •  Develop ad-hoc reports and data insights to support HR decision-making and business requirements. 
  • Support HR data requests and provide accurate information to HR leadership and management stakeholders.

 

6.Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of regional and global HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency improvements within HR services.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HR Information Systems, Payroll, and other HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with local and regional HR teams to achieve business and HR objectives.

 

7.Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and record management requirements.

 

Education- Graduate in HR background.
