About This Position :


Traineeship is an investment in young talents where Wartsila trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in Wartsila business. The traineeship will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.


Your responsibilities will be:


• Introduction to HR Operations: Provide administrative support for the local HR team (Establishing HR Documents).

• HR Operations: organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.

• HRIS: Manage and update HR databases with different information.

• HR Policies: Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and off-boarding.

• Assist in monthly Payroll and audits.

• Assist in Social Security & EOBI matters.

• Hands on implementation of Labor law.

• Assist with all other HR data & business requests as needed.

• Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.

• Assist in OPD, health and life insurance claims and renewals.

• Any other duty assigned time to time.




• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience.

• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of HR software (HRIS).

• Familiarity with labor laws.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
