We in Performance Services provide the most comprehensive Long Term Maintenance Agreements in the Market. We are committed to provide high quality, expert support and the availability of services in the most environmentally sound way possible, wherever our customers are.

We are now facing growth and are looking for a dedicated Contract Manager.

 

The location for this position can be Oslo, Bergen or Rubbestadneset

 

In this position, you will lead and manage contract activities in Northern Europe,  in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to reach set quality, financial, cost and time targets. As a Contract Manager you need to have a customer, business and service-oriented mindset and a problem solving “can do” attitude.  We are looking for you, who is outgoing and cooperative and with excellent leading, negotiation and presentation skills. You have fluent command of Norwegian and English, both oral and written. If you have command of other Scandinavian language as well, it will be considered as an advantage. For you to succeed in the position, you should have the experience and understanding of marine market and be curious by nature.

 

What will you be doing

• Lead and coach the Agreement Delivery core team

• Lead, manage and deliver contract management activities towards customers, as well as internally within Wärtsilä

• Execute assigned contracts in accordance with Wärtsilä Performance Service guidelines to ensure that the contract management process and general management practices are done in a safe and cost-efficient way and exceed customer expectations

• Implement Contract Management action plans, processes and guidelines

• Follow up and maintain customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken

• Follow up financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reposting and taking necessary corrective actions

 

You will shine in this role, when you have

• B.Sc. or equivalent within the technical area

• At least five years’ experience within contract management and/or sales, project delivery or field service.

• Proven technical experience in marine operations

• Internal Combustion experience in marine operations

• Excellent communication skills

• Good skills in planning, target setting and reporting

• Wärtsilä knowledge & business understanding

• Contract Management and Process knowledge
