We are now looking for a 

Materials Controller

to join our team working for a better future. 

The preferred location for the position is in Leicester, UK.

What you will be doing  

As Materials Controller your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

• Pick and deliver goods according to relevant logistics process.
• Pick, label and dispatch outgoing goods with relevant documents.
• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies between goods and purchase orders and invoice, this using SAP and Epicor.
• Accurately sort Label and store goods: arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• To participate in inventory checks when required to maintain stock accuracy.
• To participate in a full stock, take when required.
• To actively participate in continuous improvement process of development quality deliver safety and methods   
• To keep the stores and warehouse area clean and tidy according to depot guidelines and ensure you work within Health and Safety guidelines and practise.
• To help and coach and develop other colleagues in daily work. 
• Any other duties as required.  
• To operate Fork truck/work equipment or machinery (with licenses when required).
