Account Manager Life Cycle Services Exhaust Treatment

Due to increased activities, Wärtsilä Exhaust Treatment Life Cycle Services is looking for an Account Manager with experience and knowledge from the Marine segment.

The required location for this is Cyprus.

 

The role will be responsible for building a long term partnership with relevant customer in Cyprus and ensure alignment in communication. It is crucial to have skills in

sales and nurturing relationships, strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Main tasks and responsibilities
•    Support of key customer
•    Maintenance of business relationship
•    Optimization of customer processes
•    Follow up with client and maintain regular contact
•    Prepare meeting reports, lessons learned and align dialogue externally and internally Reports to Director Exhaust Treatment Life Cycle Services 

 

Qualifications
Higher technical education (e.g. Bachelor or Master degree) 
Experience from maritime 
Technical knowledge 
Good English language skills, both verbally and in writing
Good understanding of market and customer business
Proactive, positive and good role model, team player
Sales knowledge
•    Analytical and strategic thinking
•    Very good communication skills
•    Organizational skills and reliability
High situational and cultural sensitivity
