We are looking for a Service Engineer E&A H/F with a main responsibility in the operational management of the sites under the authority of the site manager.
The preferred location for this position is in Marseille, France. In this position, remote working is an option too.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Service Engineer E&A, you will work on the installations of our maritime clients and more specifically on our "Control Command" equipment, as part of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or troubleshooting. During your interventions, you may be led and supported by a Site Manager or a project manager and you rely on our support functions such as the Technical Department to find answers to your field problems.
In this position, you will be responsible for steering the work carried out in the field of command control and for the application of Quality, Safety and Environmental rules during the said works, as well as the respect of our technical procedures. You may be required to operate alone, in which case your sense of service will enable you to understand the customer's problems and provide solutions, in compliance with our company's rules. Our integration programme includes a period of discovery and training on our products, so you do not necessarily know the control command tools.
The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests.
