We are now looking for an
Agreement Delivery Coordinator
to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent, and the preferred location is in Athens,Greece.
As Agreement Delivery Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Wartsila colleagues within Contract Core Team to implement prepared scheduled overhauls (parts & services), assign workshop locations and ensure components are overhauled on time.
- Coordinate logistics of said overhauls (liaison between parts, services, and customer) for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance visits or other activities.
- Coordinates activities within budget.
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to assigned contractual customer requests.
- Review and approval of internal and supplier invoices for the coordinated activities.
- Work closely with assigned team, actively update the contract manager of any important issues.
- Deputise for the contract manager as and when required.
- Problem solving, claim handling while ensuring Wartsila complies with its contractual requirements.
- Maintain proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as service work report, spare part logistics, workshop status report.
In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances, but which not of necessity change the general character or level of responsibility of the post.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Experience on SAP and Salesforce will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy (MS office)
- Proven experience in marine operations.
- Cost awareness and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and diligent.
- Ability to work within a team and to meet deadlines.
- Internal combustion engine and auxiliaries experience in marine operations preferable.
