In our global team we value, respect, and embrace different opinions and diversity. Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them.

We are now looking for a dynamic Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management to join our skilled Parts Coordination Management team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The location is Moschato, Greece, and in accordance with our hybrid work model, you will be able to work partially remotely.

What will you be doing?

As Coordinator, PCM, you will be accountable for processing internal and external customers’ spare parts requests in a timely and high-quality manner, in alignment with our customers’ expectations. You will act as the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities, serving as a link between the customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.

This 12-month fixed term contract offers excellent opportunities for professional growth in a broad and exciting role. You will take on varying and challenging work tasks as part of a solid, experienced team, working with the latest technologies. Closely cooperating with a large network of both customers and internal stakeholders, you will foster a culture of collaboration and build strong working relationships in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.

As an ideal candidate, you are accustomed to working with spare parts, logistics, and customer service. To manage the varying tasks associated with this role, we hope that you are highly organised, with a structured and quality-oriented approach to your work. In this fast-moving role, you should also be able to multi-task and prioritise, to ensure adherence to set timelines. You will be required to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of your tasks while actively managing relevant stakeholders. Thus, we hope that you have a service-oriented mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a knack for establishing strong stakeholder relationships.

Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and coordinating quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities in accordance with working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
  • Serving as a link between customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
  • Continuously following up and communicating delivery information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with the Sales team about the content and terms of offerings.
  • Ensuring effective communication and highest level of quality for quotations and orders.
  • Maintaining and expanding knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.
  • Ensuring quality of spare parts sales documents.
  • Actively working towards enhanced service experiences for our customers.

The below will enable you to succeed in this role:

  • BSc or MSc degree in a related educational field will be considered an advantage, but relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Experience with customer service and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with spare part orders and logistics.
  • Passion for process optimisation, learning, and professional development.
  • Systematic and organised way of working.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and maintain performance in a high-pressure setting.
  • Proactive and self-directed approach to work, taking ownership of your own tasks.
  • Team-player mindset, thriving in an interactive and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural awareness and capability to work in a global and virtually led team.
  • Proficient English and Greek language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Drive for the common goal of providing our customers with the best possible service experience.
