We are now looking for a 

 

Customer Lifecycle Manager

 

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Moschato, Greece and Helsinki, Finland. Additionally, the position can be based in Fareham, United Kingdom; Bergen or Rubbestadneset, Norway; Hamburg Germany; or Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure customer's smooth transition from customer delivery projects to lifecycle contracts (annual, service level, subscription based) 
  • Maintain customer relationships for successful lifecycle contract continuation.
  • Act as first point of contact towards customers, providing frequent updates and follow-up with customers. 
  • Ensure successful onboarding for customers 
  • Coordinate between several stakeholder teams to ensure agreement's commitments gets delivered on time. 
  • Capture customer needs and offer suitable solutions through service agreements.
  • Execute contract renewal process.  

 
To be successful in this role, you should have:

 

  • BSc. /MSc. in Business & Management or Engineering & Technology field
  • Min. 3 years of working experience from relevant field
  • Previous experience from Product management/Project management and working closely with digitalized Fleet Performance or Fleet Management systems in Maritime business seen as strong advantage
  • Customer oriented mindset with effective relationship building skills 
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to implement new operational models for agreement-based business 
  • Ability to maintain multiple agreements and customer relationships simultaneously 
  • Strong coordination skills

 

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%.
