PCM Coordinator

We are now looking for a

Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management

to join our team. The position is temporary for 12 months contract.

What will you be doing 

Parts Coordination Management is part of  Wartsila Global Logistics Services. Our main objectives are to provide fast and high-quality responses to our customers for spare part quotations, orders, deliveries and claim resolutions.

We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking and adaptable to join our Parts Coordination team in Moschato – Greece to support our customers in Energy sector throughout Europe.

As Coordinator PCM, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Handle, coordinate and follow up spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non-conformities according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements
• Act as a link between customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
• Ensure highest level of quality and response time
• Maintain strong relationships with the customers, understand their needs and provide the right solutions.

You will shine in this role, when you have:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree (technical or commercial)
• Fluency in English is mandatory. 
• SAP knowledge and Supply Chain understanding will be considered as a plus but it is not a prerequisite
