Parts Coordination Management is a global organization working with both internal and external customers to support Parts offers, Order confirmations, as well as, providing critical information throughout this process to multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for a Team Leader to develop and lead a Team within PCM organization. PCM takes care of handling of the Spare Part quotations and orders for both internal and external customers. Location is Athens, Greece.


What will you be doing

As Team Leader PCM, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Motivate and develop their team in an environment where they can realize people's potential
  • Balance workload among team members to grant efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure quality and timely handling of quotations, orders, recording of claims and other related documents. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Monitor and report business performance via KPI's and targets (performance and behavioral) in assigned team(s).
  • Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met.
  • Execute action plans according to rules and regulations.
  • Cooperate with other Team Leads in other locations to ensure best practices.
  • Identify waste in PCM processes having an operational excellence approach and maintain continuous improvement by using tools and techniques
  • Lead initiatives to ensure constant improvement of E2E process in alignment with the PCM Strategy.

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
