We are now looking for an Apprentice Purchaser to join our team on an apprentice contract (12 months) in our Mulhouse site.
The Special Applications (SA) business is dedicated to the maintenance of the ultimate assistance engine for the power plant and also for the French military “Leclerc battle tank” engine.

What will you be doing?

As an Apprentice Purchaser, you will improve and maintain Lead Times, Delivery Reliability & Performances with suppliers (SAP mass updates and KPI development) to improve the global reliability on deliveries, extended to interfaces and coordination with the Operative Purchaser team.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

- Map and review our supplier change processes,
- Contribute to supply performance in order to meet set targets for quality, delivery time, cost and lead time,
- Participate in our execute supplier ratings (VMS) and assessments (SRM) and follow-up the action plans, consolidate the application of REACH obligations on all our suppliers used in Special Applications,
- Support our strategic and operational purchasing activities (SAP forecast),
- Maintain supply data to relevant systems in defined area of responsibility, till contribution to operational ordering process incl.smooth SAP & manuals steps procedure (standby root-causes to better promptly track: from QPTM & Quality spec, to Sourcing conditions),
- Secure supplier capacity to meet future demands,
- Proactively work to enable cross-organizational cooperation,
- Gather and analyse supplier data as well as execute benchmarking to continuously improve and enhance the suppliers ‘network,
- National & International traveling is part of the job; frequency as appropriate per business need pace which can represent in average per year —10%, made of short individual duration per trip

To be successful in this role, we expect you to:

- Have a Master from Business School
- A demonstrable experience from industrial & mechanical environment
- Have an entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
- Grant negotiation and Purchase skills, able to negotiate and sustain positive networking relationships
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in French
- Have computing skills (Pack Office + SAP)
- Grant relational ease

L’entité Spécial Applications (SA), est dédiée aux Services complets des équipements pouvant aller jusqu’au reconditionnement des moteurs de secours pour certaines centrales nucléaires dans le monde et celui des moteurs du char Leclerc pour L’armée franglaise.
Nous recrutons un Apprenti acheteur H/F en contrat d'apprentissage (12 mois) sur notre site de Mulhouse. En tant qu'apprenti acheteur, vous affirmez et fixez les délais pour améliorer la fiabilité globale des livraisons et les performances de nos fournisseurs (traitement de masse SAP et développement des indicateurs KPI), étendu aux interfaces ainsi qu’en coordination avec I ‘équipe des acheteurs opérationnels.

Missions principales
Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Cartographier et passer en revue nos processus de changement de fournisseur,
- Contribuer a la performance des achats afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixes en matière de qualité, de délai de livraison et de cout,
- Participer ou exécuter les notations (VMS) et les évaluations (SRM) fournisseurs, assurer le suivi des plans d’action, consolider l’application des obligations REACH sur I ‘ensemble de nos fournisseurs utilises par Wartsila Spécial Applications.
- Soutenir nos activités d’achats stratégiques et opérationnelles (prévisions SAP),
- Maintenir dans les outils appropries les données d’approvisionnement pour un domaine de responsabilité défini, contribuer au processus de commandes opérationnelles incluant I ’analyse et la résolution des points d’attente et de blocage, a partir des exigences techniques, qualité et achats avec un suivi efficace,
- Assurer la capacite des fournisseurs a répond re aux demandes futures,
- Travailler de manière proactive pour faciliter une coopération inter-organisationnelle,
- Recueillir et analyser comparativement(benchmarking)les données des fournisseurs pour améliorer et renforcer continuellement notre base fournisseurs,
- Des déplacements nationaux et internationaux peuvent être réalises, leur fréquence dépend du besoin du business, pouvant représenter jusqu’à 10% du temps de travail

Expérience requise:

- Formation Master école de commerce (EM Strasbourg) ou Universitaire (Master spécialise Achats et Supply Chain)
- Expérience dans le secteur industriel de la mécanique et/ou des moteurs
- Profil commercial
- Compétences en achats et négociation
- Bon niveau d'anglais (B1 I B2)
- Franglais courant
- Compétences informatiques (Pack Office + SAP)
- Aisance relationnelle
