Job location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Main Responsibilities:

• Case registration and allocation in CRM
• Receive incoming calls from customers/end-user for support.
• Verify and/or provide customers licenses for digital data/information upon request
• Provide sales team with assistance in quotations upon request.
• Process orders for digital data/information.
• Organize and aggregate digital data before releasing it to Customers
• Provide weekly digital data updates and new editions upon vessel request
• Informing the Sales coordinator upon receiving new information or any change requested by the customer
• Route optimization and verification of fair usage policy for charts and publication requests for vessels under Flat Fee contacts
• Follow Quality Management system requirements
• Must comply with all the requirements of all internal regulatory documents of the company.

Education & Experience: 

• Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer support/service coordination is a must
